When economic hard times hit, the scammers appear. I’ve always wondered, if someone can show you how to get free money from the government or other source, why not just go and get it themselves?   Gold trading is another one I don’t quite understand.  If dollars are worthless and gold is worth something, why are you selling me your gold (worth something) and taking my worthless dollars?  It doesn’t figure, does it?  At least it inspired a comic strip.
