Everyone can identify with this subject matter.  Who hasn’t received a larger than expected cell phone bill?  It’s great material for comic strips!  The thing I liked most about this strip is the placement of the two word balloons in the third panel.  It really delivers the gag. I hope when folks read this strip, they say to themselves, “How true!”  Especially moms and dads whose job it is to pay the cell phone bill!
