As of this writing, Northeast Ohio has been experiencing a rather mild Winter.  we’ve had more rain than snow.  that could change…and change basck just as fast.  NE Ohio is known for this kind of crazy, changeable weather.  At least it serves as inspiration for a comic strip gag.
