I recall drawing this strip when there was a writer’s strike going on in Hollywood.  it may be a bit predictable, but it still connects with readers.  and, more importantly, I enjoyed creating it. that’s usual the case.  If I enjoy drawing the cartoon, the fun translates to the reader.
